Vehicle Servicing Schedules
Vehicle are serviced according the manufacturer’s recommendations. We will notify you when your vehicle is coming due for service.
Vehicle Servicing
We recommend Dealership servicing because it ensures quality of service and detailed service reports. We will work with you to find the nearest suitable service cente.
Payment for Vehicle Servicing
Do not pay for the service yourself. We will make payment to the Dealership service centre.
Tyre Checks
We recommend replacing tyres when the tread-depth gets to 3mm, at that point contact us immediately. To make it easier for you to conduct an inspection, you can use the Fleetio Go app.
Tyre Replacements
Do not pay for tyre replacements yourself. Instead contact your Account Manager. We will source safe tyres at a good price, then contact you to arrange the most convenient centre to have them fitted for you.
Tyre Pressures
Tyres with the correct pressure improve vehicle steering, handling and grip. Tyre life is optimised and fuel consumption is reduced. The correct tyre pressure for your vehicle is usually found on a plate on the inside of either one of the front doors. You should check your tyre pressures once a month!
Tyre Rotation
We recommend that a vehicle’s tyres get rotated and balanced every 10,000 kilometres.
Do NOT arrange this yourself as we have approved suppliers to carry out this work, instead contact your Account Manager.
