This Code of Conduct Policy applies across all divisions of Mercurien:

1.Respect and Inclusivity
1.1. Treat all members with respect, kindness, and dignity, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic.
1.2.Promote an inclusive and welcoming environment that values diversity and fosters a sense of belonging for all.
2.Harassment-Free Environment
2.1.Do not engage in any form of harassment, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or online harassment.
2.2.Report any instances of harassment to the appropriate authorities or designated contacts.
3.Professionalism and Courtesy
3.1.Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.
3.2.Use polite and constructive language when communicating with others.
4.Privacy and Confidentiality
4.1.Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.
4.2.Do not share personal information or confidential data without proper authorisation.
5.Integrity and Honesty
5.1.Act with integrity and honesty in all dealings.
5.2.Do not engage in dishonest, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
6.Collaboration and Cooperation
Work together to achieve common goals and resolve conflicts constructively.
6.1.Foster a spirit of collaboration and cooperation within Mercurien and our Key Service Providers, including, but not limited to:
6.1.1.Insurance capacity and service providers
6.1.2.Telematics providers
6.2.Or community:
6.2.1.Officers of clients’
6.2.2.Non-key service providers
7.Compliance with Rules and Policies
7.1.Adhere to all relevant rules, policies, and guidelines set forth by the Mercurien or our Key Service Providers. This includes but is not limited to their guidelines across:
7.1.1.Privacy.
7.1.2.Modern Slavery - we do, and are required, to follow Modern Slavery guidelines as stipulated by the stringent requirements of our insurance capacity provider Assetinsure, one of the world’s leading insurance companies. We are also an Approved Geotab Partner; Geotab is committed to ensuring that no part of their business, including their supply chain, engages in or facilitates modern slavery or human trafficking. Accordingly, as a Geotab Partner we must ensure that we do not participate in or facilitate modern slavery or human trafficking
7.1.3.Ethical sourcing of products.
7.2.Seek clarification when in doubt about any rules or policies from your manager who carries the responsibility of providing this information to you.
8.Responsible Use of Resources
8.1.Use Mercurien or community resources responsibly and efficiently.
8.2.Avoid wasteful or malicious use of resources.
In the context of responsible use of resources, it is important that Mercurien employees familiarise themselves with how our range of services help clients’ meet their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) needs.

9.Reporting Violations
9.1.Report any violations of this code of conduct promptly to the appropriate authorities or designated contacts.
9.2.Encourage others to report violations as well.
10.Consequences of Violations
10.1.Violations of this code of conduct may result in appropriate actions, including warnings, suspension, or expulsion from the organisation or community, as determined by the governing body.
10.2.By adhering to this code of conduct, we can create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members. Let us work together to promote these principles and values within our organisation/community.
