Cost-Centre Allocations
Making it easier to allocate expenses across business units, we to load your employees’ details - cost centre and - business unit name and then allocate them to a vehicle. If they get reassigned to a new vehicle then then their cost-centre details automatically follow them.
Expense History Loaded For You
The Mercurien Fleet Operations loads the vehicle expenses into the Fleet Administration Portal for you. Providing information about the date, vendor, type of expense and electronic copies of invoices and receipts.
Making Auditing Easier
Come audit time, you can download the vehicle expense history from the Fleet administration portal.

Your Window to the Fleet
Fleetio allows you to access the expense information about the vehicles in your fleet. You can create new employees and edit the cost-centre and business unit names of existing one. Allocating an employee to a different vehicle is also quick and easy.
