Mercurien Limited is pleased to announce a binding and mutually exclusive Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to deliver web-based transactional systems for transportation infrastructure with a leading provider of operations, asset maintenance and project management services.
The MOU will utilise Mercurien’s transactional web platform for use in the transportation infrastructure industry. The MOU initially covers Australia and New Zealand.
Mercurien is focused on the design and development of web-scale systems for financial transaction processing and the marketing and market development of hardware and software ecosystems for parking and integrated traffic management.
The Mercurien Platform combines large scale micro-transaction processing with GPU enabled image search for vehicles. It is designed for liability-critical deployment in multi-site operations. The ability to scale across multiple sites from one platform reshapes the cost of parking and transport infrastructure transaction management systems.
In combination with next generation devices like Skymeter’s GPS-based system for metering vehicle usage, Mercurien facilitates a low cost alternative for cordon and congestion charging as well as road freight access charging for zone areas such as ports.
